Product Return Policy

All returns must be pre approved. Safegard will provide a return authorization number. Please use the original packaging if possible. Remove or cover the original shipping label and seal the package securely with tape. Return the items via UPS with delivery confirmation. Please do not send your package COD, by air, or via mail service ( i.e. UPS store, or Pack & Ship ).

Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. All returns subject to inspection. Sale price of UNUSED product will be refunded in the manner in which you paid for your order. Refunds will be for merchandise only unless pre approved. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns after 30 days will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. All custom made or imprinted items are non-refundable
